Rainy Day Cinnabuns
These cinnabuns are a labor of love and all morning affair. The payoff? Small, sweet, delectable treats. Something to impress the inlaws, treat your man, or simply make on a rainy day. They’re sure to fill the halls with that warm bakery smell. Even Andrew (who hates waiting more than 60 seconds for food, and a true lover of cinnamon rolls) immediately deemed them worth the wait.
I recommend keeping a close eye on them and possibly pulling them out sooner than the recipe calls for. I pulled them out after 20 minutes in the oven and they were just slightly overbaked. I would have prefered them a little doughier. The cream cheese frosting makes a lot of extra and you can probably cut the recipe in half and still have plenty for your buns.
