Banana Chocolate Chip (or Walnut) Muffins

Moist, fluffy, sweet, ever so slightly spiced banana muffins with rich chocolate chips or chopped walnuts. These are delightful for desserts, sinful breakfasts, midday delights, or whenever your bananas are browning (as mine were).

I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and pulled them out after 20 minutes vs 25. In my opinion they were perfectly baked after 20 minutes so check them a little early, especially if you like your muffins softer.
