White Bean Buffalo Ranch Burgers

Ever seen a vegan eat a buffalo ranch burger? I thought not! These sandwiches are delicious alternatives to a loved american classic. Game day ready! The patties are flavorful, soft, and crispy; they absorb and ooze buffalo sauce, and are perfectly complimented by the most ranch tasting thing since real ranch.

Next time I’ll probably try adding a little less beans in the purée mixture to try and keep the patties a little firmer. Also, the recipe calls for either franks buffalo sauce or hot sauce and margerine but never tells you the proportions of the margerine and hot sauce. I used about 2 1/2 TBS earth balance and maybe 1-1 1/2TBS hot sauce.
All together came out awesome. We’ll definitely be having these again.
