Black Bean Tempeh Bacon Burgers with Jalapeno Aioli

I love these burgers. They’re hearty, nutty, smoky, and everything compliments each other ingeniously. The aioli is very nutty and creamy and the jalapeno really makes it pop with flavour. Perfect for dinners or lunches pretty much anytime.

I added tomato because i love tomato, and used a bun instead of an english muffin (since we had leftovers from the buffalo ranch burgers earlier this week), and I do feel as though an english muffin would have paired with this burger better. Andrew approved, and he’s “not a fan of black beans”. Great anytime burgers with restaurant quality.
