Pumpkin Pie Energy Date Balls
This recipe brings you the power to make on-the-go pumpkin pie balls that are not only good for you, but give you energy too! And on top of being delicious fall themed home-made energy bites, these little guys are extremely quick and easy to make; No Baking or cooking involved. They are packed with energizing ingredients like chia seeds, pecans, dark chocolate, dates, and cinnamon but taste like a a little oaty ball of pie.
I didn’t use pepitas and cut the oats in half. If I hadn’t, I feel as though it would be hard to form the balls. They came out perfect however, I’ll surely be snacking on them throughout my shift tomorrow–and I’ll likely be whipping up batches well into winter.
