Quick Simple Nachos with Nut-free, Dairy-free cheese
For a reminiscent cheesy nacho plate, this flavourful dish fills the need for cheese–and your belly. Usually, I am not a fan of vegan cheese; however, this spiced up nacho spread impressed even me with its creamy and sharp taste. Andrew says it resembles melted cheese and mingled rather nicely with the beans, salsa, and nacho toppings.
My cheese spread was made with rice milk which I originally blamed for the thinness of it, however after letting it cool and coming back to put away the leftovers, my cheese thickened to the perfect consistency (thicker than pictured). I tried it with a tortilla chip and it was delicious even as a chip dip.
